Order

How do I place an order?
Browse our products and select the items you want to buy. Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout when you are ready to complete the purchase.
Fill in your contact details, delivery address, and payment method. Then click "Complete Purchase" to confirm the order.
An order confirmation is sent to your email address after the purchase has been completed.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours, provided they have not been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
Contact customer service and we will help you with any changes.

What is the last time to place an order?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on where in the country you live. Usually, your order is shipped within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 4 to 7 business days in total.
During promotions, sales, or holidays, delivery time may be slightly longer.

How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

Payment

What payment methods do you offer?
At Alina Vare, you can pay with several secure options:
Card payment with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or American Express
Apple Pay and Google Pay

Are my payment details secure?
Yes, we use SSL encryption and only work with trusted payment providers.
All sensitive information is protected throughout the transaction.


Returns and Refunds

What are the terms for returns?
We offer 30 days open purchase on eligible products. The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Send an email to kontakt@alinavare.com and provide your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team will get back to you with a return authorization and instructions.

How long does it take before I receive a refund?
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
The money will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that your bank's processing time may affect when the amount appears in your account.

What do I do if I received a defective or wrong item?
Contact us immediately and attach your order number as well as pictures of the item.
We resolve the issue quickly by sending a new product or providing a full refund including shipping costs.
